The longevity of your toner varies based on factors like hair porosity, colour care, the tone you want, and how often you wash your hair. We usually recommend toning every 4 weeks. Some people might need it more often, while others less frequently.

Refit timing depends on your extension method and hair growth. We suggest refitting tapes and weaves every 8 weeks, and bonds every 8-12 weeks.

With proper care, hair extensions can last up to a year. Some clients prefer new hair every 6 months, while others keep theirs for over a year. Think of hair extensions as an investment in your confidence. Whether you want length, thickness, or both, I've got you covered.

Hair extensions won't damage your hair if installed by a qualified extensionist and matched to your hair type. My main priority is healthy hair growth under the extensions, so they won’t be placed too close to your scalp and won't hurt when first installed.

During your consultation, we'll decide on the best method, length, thickness, and colour for your hair. For tape refits, we include a wash and blowdry to ensure the tape glue residue is out of your hair, so you can come to your appointment with unwashed hair.

Extensions can be dyed darker but not bleached. Blondes can be toned. Our in-house colourists can dye your hair to match the extensions. Brown shades might fade but can be refreshed.

Chlorine can turn hair extensions/bleached hair green, and saltwater or sun cream can turn them pink. We can sometimes fix this with K18 or toners, but you might need new hair. Some clients prefer to remove their extensions before holidays to avoid these issues.

Installation/refit time and cost depend on the method, weight, and your natural hair. We'll discuss this during your consultation. Tapes/weaves usually take around 2 hours, while bonds take 2-4 hours.
